Cell Specialization and Organization
![]() | Cell specialization and Organization is a really simple topic in my opinion. It is the idea that cells, which are the building blocks of all life, make up tissues. These tissues make the structures that we know as organs, and when organs are arranged right they make organ systems. This idea is important because organ systems help things like you and I live. Without organs, cells or tissues we would be nothing, along with everything else in the universe. As you can see in the picture atoms are also included in this process and in the end, the result of all of the cells hard work, can be a wonderful human being! |
Endosymbiotic Theory
This is another fairly easy idea to grasp. THe idea is that the mitochondria and chloroplast contained withn modern animals and plants cells were once free living bacteria that were engulfed by another bacteria cell leading to the making of the eukaryotic cell. | ![]() |
